Job Responsibility:
Own a new-logo and expansion quota for global banks, PE firms, and asset managers across the APAC region
Serve as the founding GTM presence in APAC, helping define regional sales motion, priorities, and early operating norms
Build C-Suite relationships, map complex orgs, and develop multi-threaded deal strategies across diverse geographies and cultures
Lead rigorous discovery and run proofs of value tied to clear business outcomes in partnership with remote Product, Eng, and GTM teams based in the US/EU
Construct executive-ready business cases and navigate security, compliance, and legal reviews specific to APAC regulatory environments
Drive deals from prospecting to multi-year enterprise license agreements, then partner with Post-Sales to ensure successful roll-outs and upsells despite limited local infrastructure early on
Consistently deliver ARR targets while acting as the voice of APAC customers to Product and GTM leadership
Requirements:
7+ years closing complex SaaS deals
At least 2 years in Fortune 1000 or regulated-industry accounts and experience selling into APAC-based enterprises
Track record of hitting $1M+ quotas using frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message in large, multi-stakeholder deals
Ability to translate advanced AI concepts into board-level ROI narratives for global and regional executive audiences
Obsession with pipeline generation and disciplined deal execution in greenfield or lightly penetrated territories
Startup mindset—autonomous, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, hungry to win and energized by being “first on the ground.”
Strong cross-cultural communication skills and comfort working across time zones
Nice to have:
Experience selling to investment banks, PE, or capital-markets teams headquartered or operating in APAC (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Japan)
Familiarity with LLMs, data-privacy standards, and enterprise infosec reviews including regional data-residency or sovereignty concerns
Prior experience being an early regional hire or opening a new market
