We’re on the look out a results-driven SaaS sales professional who thrives on solving business challenges, influencing change, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, to join our Travel, Transport & Hospitality (TTH) team. Think of yourself as the 'General Manager' in this role - mapping account strategies, aligning resources and acting as the extension of your customer. You’ll work closely with other product specialists (known as Co-Primes) to help map out the best strategy for your customer with the technical support from Solution Architects and Sales Engineers.
Job Responsibility:
Sell our complete portfolio of products to a group of existing and prospect Enterprise customers in the TTH vertical
Build trusted relationships with current and prospective customers as their digital advisor
Conduct deep discovery to understand each customer's unique company challenges and strategic goals
Consult with customers on the Salesforce Platform to identify and evangelise optimal solutions
Guide customers toward solutions that help them achieve business objectives and drive innovation within their organisations, enabling them to blaze new trails in their industry
Requirements:
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and navigating complex deal cycles in SaaS with tenacity and discipline in Enterprise Accounts
Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales with a focus on strategic account management
Strong ability to articulate value propositions tailored to enterprise customer needs
A track record of engaging C-level executives and leading discovery conversations that drive outcomes
Familiarity with team-selling environments
aligning with various co prime sales teams + solution engineering, marketing, Partners etc
Pipeline generation expertise, leveraging existing relationships and building new connections to drive opportunities
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Fluency in data and AI technologies
particularly around problem-solving and discovering customer AI strategies
Nice to have:
Experience of selling into the TTH Insurance sector is a plus!
