Job Description

Uber Health & Transit is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the Head of EMEA Health & Transit Partnerships, you will be responsible for acquiring and launching new public sector and enterprise customers — working primarily with healthcare organisations, local authorities, transport providers, and other regulated partners. This is a strategic, consultative enterprise sales role operating within structured procurement environments. You will own opportunities end-to-end — from prospecting and qualification through tender participation, contract award, and early-stage launch — helping expand Uber’s non-emergency patient transport, social care mobility, and paratransit solutions across the UK. This role offers strong commercial ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to shape a fast-scaling public sector business within Uber.

Job Responsibility

  • Create, manage, and close a pipeline of enterprise opportunities across Uber Health and Uber Transit
  • Prospect and engage new customers through outbound outreach (calls, emails, social selling), strategic account targeting, and tender participation (with dedicated bid support)
  • Identify and develop sub-vertical strategies across healthcare, social care, transportation providers, public bodies, insurers, and related sectors
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers to qualify opportunities and navigate complex buying cycles
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer needs and align Uber’s solutions to public sector and enterprise use cases
  • Collaborate closely with the Bids & Proposals team to develop compelling commercial responses within formal procurement processes
  • Meet or exceed targets across bookings, ARR, win rates, and activity metrics
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to structure solutions and ensure successful customer launches
  • Take ownership of light post-sale implementation and early issue resolution to support long-term partnerships

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales or business development experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience selling into enterprise, public sector, or regulated environments
  • Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Experience engaging in formal procurement and tender processes
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and modern sales engagement tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Groove, Lusha)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and commercial acumen
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice to have

  • Direct sales experience with the NHS, Integrated Care Boards, local authorities, or other public sector bodies
  • Knowledge of the UK healthcare, social care, or public transport landscape
  • Experience working with structured public procurement frameworks
  • Familiarity with mobility, transportation, healthcare logistics, SaaS, or adjacent industries

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience in offensive security — penetration testing, red teaming, or adversary simulation — against modern web, API and cloud-based systems
  • Strong understanding of common vulnerability classes (OWASP Top 10, authZ flaws, SSRF, deserialisation, injection, cryptographic misuse) and how to chain them into real impact
  • Solid grasp of cloud security in at least one major provider (AWS, Azure or GCP): IAM, networking, key management, container and serverless services, common misconfigurations and attack paths
  • Practical understanding of AI/LLM systems — how they work, where they fail, and the new risks they introduce (prompt injection, jailbreaks, insecure tool use, training/RAG data exposure)
  • Coding capability in at least one of Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar — comfortable writing exploits, tooling and automation, not just running other people's tools
  • Confidence with offensive tooling — Burp Suite, nmap, Nuclei, BloodHound, Metasploit, custom scripts — and the judgement to know when to build vs. buy
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, containers and IaC (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or equivalent) and how to attack and defend them
  • An evaluation mindset: you measure security posture with reproducible tests, metrics and evidence — not gut feel
  • Comfort with agentic development workflows — using AI coding assistants and AI co-work / pair-development models (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor or equivalent) as part of your day-to-day delivery
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English: able to brief engineers, executives and (where relevant) customers on findings and risk
Job Responsibility
Job Responsibility
  • Plan and execute red team engagements, penetration tests and adversary simulations against our platforms, products and corporate environment
  • Identify, exploit and document vulnerabilities across web applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, identity systems and AI/LLM-based services
  • Develop realistic attack scenarios — initial access, privilege escalation, lateral movement, data exfiltration — mapped to frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK
  • Build and maintain custom tooling, exploits and automation where off-the-shelf tools fall short
  • Leverage AI pen testing tooling and frameworks as a force amplifier within your role
  • Active, hands-on use of AI-powered offensive security tooling as a core part of your workflow — leveraging LLMs and agentic assistants to accelerate reconnaissance, exploit development, code review, payload generation and report writing
  • Familiarity with emerging AI red-team frameworks and platforms — e.g. PyRIT, Garak, Promptfoo, NVIDIA Aegis, Microsoft Counterfit, HackerOne / Bugcrowd AI testing toolkits, or equivalent — and a practical sense of when to use which
  • Experience building or extending automated AI red-team harnesses: prompt-injection test suites, jailbreak corpora, tool-abuse scenarios, multi-turn attack agents, and regression eval sets for LLM and agentic systems
  • Pragmatic judgement on the limits and risks of AI-assisted offensive work — hallucinated findings, false confidence, data leakage into third-party models — and the discipline to validate AI output before acting on it
  • Curiosity to keep pace with a fast-moving space: new models, new attack techniques, new defensive controls — and a willingness to bring those learnings back into the team

  • Demonstrable experience in AI compliance, AI governance or AI risk — either as a dedicated focus or as a major component of a broader compliance, legal, infosec, cyber or engineering role that you've since pivoted toward AI
  • Strong working knowledge of the EU AI Act and a clear understanding of how risk classification, obligations and timelines apply to real-world AI systems
  • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type II — what they require, how they interlock, and how to evidence compliance in practice
  • A genuine grasp of the core principles of modern AI: LLMs, prompt engineering, context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic frameworks — enough to challenge engineers credibly and apply governance to what's actually being built, not a generic abstraction of it
  • Hands-on experience using AI tooling as part of your day job — using AI co-work / copilots to draft, review, analyse and accelerate your own output
  • Awareness of bias, hallucination, prompt-injection, data leakage and misuse risks in deployed AI systems, with practical experience helping to mitigate them
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — able to draft a board-grade policy, run a workshop, brief a customer auditor and write a sharp internal memo
  • Ability to run meetings, bring groups together and drive outcomes across geographically dispersed teams and different business functions
  • Comfort with high-pace, multi-stakeholder environments — motivated, flexible, and able to build effective working relationships across cultures and time zones
  • A passion for raising the bar in others — coaching, enabling and growing AI governance literacy across the organisation

  • Support pre-sales and customer conversations on compliance posture, certifications and responsible AI commitments
  • Policy, Procedure & Strategy: Draft, maintain and evolve internal AI policies, procedures, standards and control frameworks
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of Sabio's AI governance programme — including roadmap to ISO 42001 certification and ongoing alignment with EU AI Act, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II
  • Translate regulatory change (EU AI Act guidance, national implementations, sector-specific rules) into practical, actionable internal guidance
  • Audit & Assurance: Audit Sabio's AI deployment and support methodologies against internal standards and external frameworks
  • Support external audits from customers, certification bodies and regulators — preparing evidence, running walkthroughs and remediating findings
