Job Description

We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial New Business Sales Professional to join our expanding Corporate Sales Team, focusing specifically on Consulting & Professional Services firms. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and sell a category-leading platform that’s transforming how businesses gather and act on market intelligence. You’ll be instrumental in spearheading new logo acquisition and shaping the future success of AlphaSense.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: From prospecting and outreach to demos, trials, and closing new business
  • Target Corporate Intelligence Teams: Sell into enterprise verticals within the Corporate segment, with a focus on Consulting & Professional Services
  • Drive Engagement: Research prospects, run discovery calls, deliver tailored demos, and oversee successful trials in partnership with our Product Specialist team
  • Meet & Exceed Quota: Build and manage a healthy pipeline, maintain accurate forecasts, and consistently hit (or exceed) targets
  • Be a Voice of the Customer: Gather insights from prospects and clients to help inform product development and enhance the user experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience either working in a consulting or professional services company, or selling into these organisations
  • Understanding of key stakeholders we engage with, including Managing Partners, Partners, Principals, Engagement Managers, Consultants, Analysts, Knowledge Managers, and Research & Insights professionals
  • Experience selling SaaS—particularly financial or research-focused platforms—is a plus, though not required
  • Tenacious, hardworking, and motivated by ambitious goals
  • Thrive in high-performance environments and lead by example
  • Ask thoughtful questions, understand organizational structures, and uncover key business challenges across all levels—from analysts to C-suite
