Responsible for opening and developing greenfield enterprise accounts from first conversation to close
Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across project, commercial, and technical teams
Building long-term account strategies rather than short-term transactional wins
Spending significant time in the field, developing relationships and credibility on-site
Requirements:
Proven experience in new logo / hunter-led B2B sales
Background selling into construction, engineering, or capital delivery environments
Comfortable selling complex, enterprise-grade software or technology solutions
Strong stakeholder management skills across commercial, operational, and technical buyers
Consultative sales approach – focused on problem-solving rather than product-led pitching
Confident operating in long, value-driven sales cycles typical of construction environments
