Job Description:

International Consultancy House in the arena of Talent, Learning & Development and HR Consultancy requires a new Enterprise Account Director in the UK to own and expand a portfolio of Tier 1 Enterprise clients. Fantastic new opportunity with uncapped earnings and career stability and progression.

Job Responsibility:

Managing and strategically developing an exclusive portfolio of Tier 1 Enterprise clients
Developing long-term relationships and solution-selling complex HR and L&D Solutions to some of the UK’s largest Logos
Being the point-person on hunting for growth with a diverse and innovative portfolio of HR and Talent solutions

Requirements:

Experience in consultancy-led portfolios (diverse, multi-solution offering, not product-led)
Experience with C-Suite focused ICP engagement
Experience with Enterprise-level clients (FTSE, Fortune, etc)
Experience in managing and developing key client relationships
Proactive approach to growth and expansion

Nice to have:

Experience with HR-led solutions
Experience working for consulting houses in finance, IT/Tech
