Enterprise Account Director - Healthcare UK

Userlane is the software adoption company for regulated industries. We combine Application Intelligence (analytics that show where software creates cost and friction) with Contextual Assistance that helps people get work done without training burden. We work with healthcare organisations across the UK, helping clinical and operational teams adopt complex systems like EPRs and other key clinical systems. We’re looking for someone who understands the NHS from the inside. You’ll work with senior clinical and digital leaders to understand their adoption challenges, design the right approach, and co-author quantified business cases in NHS terms: nursing hours saved, training days reduced, tickets deflected. You’ll own deals end-to-end, from first conversation through to signed contract, bringing in commercial and technical specialists where needed. We care about domain expertise and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, not traditional sales backgrounds.
