The Enterprise Account Client Manager (EACM) is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of an assigned client portfolio within Enterprise Accounts.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary client contact for the assigned Enterprise Account
Responsible for regular face-to-face client interaction and proactive resolution of any operational issues at assigned client base
Utilizing enterprise, branch, and corporate resources, define, address, and resolve all client issues
Ensure all post requirements are current and complete at assigned portfolio
Ensure staff at assigned portfolio accounts meets all client and company standards
Assist the Enterprise Account Portfolio Manager and Vice President of Enterprise Accounts, Ops in coaching, developing, and training site staff
Directly responsible, with the Enterprise Account Portfolio Manager and Vice President of Enterprise Accounts, Ops for new account startups and transitions
Attend and actively participate in management meetings within region and at corporate
Observe operations and make suggestions for improved efficiency as appropriate
Frequent travel to sites within territory, depending on the needs of the business, up to 70% of the time
Maintain compliance with client requirements
Review background submissions and submit applicants for badging
Ensure all required client training is being completed
Maintain site-specific post orders/read files
Review scheduling activity report (SAR) weekly to avoid invoicing errors
Manage Remote CCTV Audit and client guard tour systems
Facilitate service issue action plans as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of five (5) years of work history in any field
A minimum of three (3) years of security management experience
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion
Proven ability to maintain correspondence, discussions, and materials in strictest confidence
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, including with clients
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or another related field
Prior experience in law enforcement and/or military
