Are you a ENT Specialty Doctor/Registrar looking for a meaningful role that offers autonomy, leadership, and work-life balance? Job Responsibility

  • Lead the delivery of Tier 3 ENT services in community clinics
  • Conduct outpatient assessments, diagnostics, and minor ENT procedures
  • Supervise and mentor ENT GPwERs and support their CPD
  • Review complex cases, triage referrals, and participate in joint teaching clinics
  • Attend clinical governance meetings and contribute to audits and pathway development
  • Support service development and guideline improvement

Requirements

  • ENT Specialty Doctor/Registrar
  • Experience in delivering Tier 3 ENT care
  • Ability to supervise and mentor ENT GPwERs
  • Skills in reviewing complex cases, triaging referrals, and participating in teaching clinics
  • Willingness to attend clinical governance meetings and contribute to audits and pathway development
  • Interest in community ENT care
