We are seeking an organized Enrollment Coordinator to support client re-enrollment processes. This role involves re-engaging clients, collecting and submitting required documentation, maintaining accurate records, and providing ongoing support to ensure program compliance and client success. Job Responsibility

  • Recruit and re-enroll clients into a work program
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients following re-enrollment
  • Collect and organize required documentation from clients on a quarterly basis
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all paperwork to meet program requirements
  • Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the re-enrollment process
  • Monitor client progress and address any concerns or questions as needed
  • Maintain accurate client records and update them regularly

Requirements

  • Proven experience in handling inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Coordinate with program and case management staff to track authorization timelines and support timely submission of renewal requests before expiration
  • Review claims-related records and supporting documentation in the Health Management Information System to promote accurate billing and complete file maintenance
  • Participate in meetings with internal teams and external partners to address service quality, operational needs, and continuous improvement efforts
