Job Responsibility:
Recruit and re-enroll clients into a work program
Maintain consistent communication with clients following re-enrollment
Collect and organize required documentation from clients on a quarterly basis
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all paperwork to meet program requirements
Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the re-enrollment process
Monitor client progress and address any concerns or questions as needed
Maintain accurate client records and update them regularly
Requirements:
Proven experience in handling inbound and outbound customer calls
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Problem-solving skills with the ability to address customer concerns effectively
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service
