Job Responsibility:

  • Support Benefit Advisor onboarding and track new enroller setup through internal processes
  • Attend weekly meetings, document tasks, and send 'Next Steps' updates while monitoring completion
  • Research enrollment questions by reviewing recordings, documenting outcomes, and verifying information in benefits administration systems
  • Provide post‑enrollment reports and status updates for each client
  • Assist with RFP completion, census collection, and carrier proposal documentation
  • Create illustration spreadsheets once carrier proposals are received
  • Track RFP, proposal, illustration, and presentation workflows to ensure timely completion
  • Create QR codes, scheduling links, flyers, and enrollment materials for new accounts
  • Assist with carrier employer applications and termination letters
  • Update scheduling systems for open enrollment and new hire enrollment timelines
  • Verify paper enrollment forms, enter data into enrollment platforms, and provide deduction reports
  • Maintain enrollment materials and documentation in shared drives
  • Monitor enroller appointment acceptance and call activity to ensure timely outreach
  • Track enrollment progress and provide real‑time updates during enrollment cycles
  • Support new hire enrollment weeks by coordinating schedules, verifying employee status, and communicating with store managers
  • Conduct outbound calls to eligible employees to complete waivers or schedule enrollment appointments

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and multiple systems
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
