Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Enrollment / Credentialing Specialist to join our team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring healthcare providers are accurately credentialed and enrolled with payors. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in credentialing processes, a meticulous approach to detail, and the ability to work effectively within tight deadlines.

Job Responsibility

  • Complete all required paper and electronic payor forms with precision and timeliness
  • Handle credentialing requests for contracting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with departments such as Operations, Legal, and Compliance to collect necessary documentation
  • Monitor and track credentialing tasks using company-provided software tools
  • Maintain confidentiality while regularly updating organizational information
  • Conduct research, gather data, and generate detailed reports as needed
  • Support special projects and perform additional duties assigned by leadership
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of professionalism

Requirements

  • Previous experience in healthcare credentialing is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid processes is essential
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and training
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong ability to collect, compile, and analyze data for reporting purposes
  • Capable of managing confidential information and exercising independent judgment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute and familiarity with medical and legal terminology
