Job Description:

As an Enrollment Analyst for a Fortune 10 organization, you will impact and support customers in all areas including acting as a healthcare data subject matter expert on Eligibility guidelines for clients. You will research and consult to improve healthcare data integrity and ensure excellent service delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Act as healthcare data subject matter expert on Eligibility guidelines for clients
Research and consult to improve healthcare data integrity
Ensure excellent service delivery
Resolve data enrollment issues on a daily basis
Provide client support that can extend after business hours/during weekends/on holidays
Prioritize competing client requests
Ensure focus on the highest impact activities

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in healthcare data eligibility, insurance, benefits or data analytics environment
Ability to analyze data in a confidential healthcare environment
1-2 weekends per month for on-call support
Verifiable high school diploma or GED

Nice to have:

Advanced awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
Expert with time management
Clear methodology of prioritization
