Role-Enovia PLM Project Manager

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage PLM/AI projects across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Collaborate with technical, business, and customer teams to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
  • Ensure project milestones are met within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Manage stakeholder communication and provide timely project updates
  • Coordinate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and quality standards
  • Support solutioning, estimation, and proposal development for PLM/AI engagements (if applicable)

Requirements

  • Strong experience in PLM Project Management - Enovia
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven project solutions or AI-enabled components within PLM programs
  • Proven track record of delivering mid-to-large-scale technology or transformation projects
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Lead Enovia 3DExperience module implementations and new PLM capability rollouts with business SMEs/process owners, PLM IT teams, and extended IT teams by driving decisions and developing detailed execution plans
  • Lead cross-functional and cross-team discussions to plan data migration, configuration development, and system integration infrastructure needs
  • Conduct project due diligence with business stakeholders, SMEs, and IT teams to scope work, uncover risks, and estimate resource needs
  • Communicate project status regularly to project stakeholders, PMO, and business track owners
  • Create detailed project plans with task-level information, phases, milestones, and critical path items to provide visibility to stakeholders
  • Actively manage day-to-day project activities and maintain project plans, AIDRs, and to-do lists through daily status meetings
