This role is all about strategic communication and relationship management. As an English VIP Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of high-value players, focusing on re-engagement, retention, and long-term value growth. Your goal will be to build strong, trust-based relationships that drive loyalty, increase player lifetime value, and elevate the overall VIP experience.
Job Responsibility
Driving profitability for online casino and sports platforms by fostering long-term relationships with VIP players
Managing a portfolio of VIP accounts to boost loyalty and maximize their value
Supporting players throughout their journey, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience with no barriers to product usage
Monitoring player activity and betting behavior to ensure a positive customer experience
Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless support through a shift-based, rotating schedule
Providing frontline support for VIP players
Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and implement exclusive promotions
Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance KPIs set by management
Liaising with Risk, Payments, and Legal teams to resolve customer issues promptly
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the i-gaming industry
Strong communication skills
Target oriented and driven by achieving goals/objectives/selling points
Drive to reach targets and overachieve in a daily basis
Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus
Shift Work according to business needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
familiarity with German language will be considered a plus
Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Able to display a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the i-gaming industry
Demonstrated experience in driving commercial value through campaign strategies and bonus awards
