Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and reach out to potential small and medium-sized business clients in the English market to generate new leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing & potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling

  • Promptly handle & solve customer objections and complaints

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in sales/telesales & customer relationship management is required
