Job Description:

Unqualified English Teaching Assistant + Salaried Teacher Training. Join Ealing Secondary School as an English Teaching Assistant with future teacher training opportunities. This onsite full-time role involves assisting students and small intervention groups from KS3-KS5, supporting pupils in class, and aiding those with SEN. The school offers CPD opportunities and potential for teacher training.

Job Responsibility:

Lead small intervention groups (including GCSE and A Level)
Assist in the classroom with general TA duties
Support pupils with SEN in the classroom
Teacher training available

Requirements:

Must have an English-related degree
Good A Levels & GCSEs
Confident with your knowledge and ability in your specialist subject to lead and support pupils at GCSE and A Level
Excellent communication skills to liaise with the class teacher about pupil progress
Outgoing, committed, and genuine passion for helping students strive
