Job Responsibility:
Deliver a structured English Language and Literature curriculum for KS3 and KS4 learners
Provide critical support for Year 11 cohorts as they approach their GCSEs, focusing on analysis and creative writing
Build trust and rapport to engage hard-to-reach learners
