Job Description

Justteachers Supply Agency is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to work with one of our partnered schools in Northampton for a role starting in September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire a love of English Language and Literature, helping students develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed both academically and beyond the classroom.

Job Responsibility

  • Teach English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire a love of reading, writing, and communication
  • Monitor, assess, and support student progress to ensure excellent outcomes
  • Contribute to the planning and development of the English curriculum
  • Support the wider life of the school through enrichment and extracurricular activities

Requirements

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
