Job Description

Our Hindhead team is looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join us on a full-time, permanent basis within our independent school community. This is an exciting opportunity to teach motivated students in a calm, technology-enabled learning environment where relationships matter, behaviour is minimal, and staff wellbeing is genuinely prioritised.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Help students build confidence and achieve strong outcomes in GCSE English

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A degree or equivalent qualification
  • Recent experience teaching English KS3 and KS4 level
  • A strong understanding of the GCSE English National Curriculum
  • Confidence using modern educational technology and digital learning platforms
  • A willingness to embrace innovative teaching approaches beyond traditional classroom methods
