Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Deliver high-quality English Language and Literature lessons to KS3 & KS4
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere for all learners
Plan and prepare engaging resources tailored to student needs
Use effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive environment
Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to drive progress
Support students in their preparation for GCSE exams and internal assessments

Requirements:

QTS/QTLS or a recognised UK teaching qualification
A Degree in English or a related subject
An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
