English Teacher

• Deliver engaging and effective English lessons across the secondary curriculum
• Plan, prepare, and assess students’ work to support their academic progress
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all students
• Contribute to the development of teaching resources and school initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure a high standard of education and pastoral care

• Experience teaching English at the secondary level
• Hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one prior to starting

• Be passionate about engaging students in English and helping them achieve their full potential
• Demonstrate excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Be committed to working as part of a supportive and professional team
