Job Responsibility:
Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the English curriculum, including Language and Literature
Guide Year 10 and 11 students through their set texts and creative writing
Foster a love for reading across the school
Differentiate lessons to support students with diverse needs
Use regular assessments to track student growth, providing constructive feedback
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of innovative schemes of work
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Mandatory
degree in English Literature, Language, or a related field
