Job Responsibility:

Teaching: Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students aged 11-16 (Key Stage 3 & 4)
Inspiration: Help students develop a love for reading, writing, and critical thinking
Assessment: Mark work and provide helpful feedback to help students improve
Support: Help students prepare for their GCSE exams
Environment: Maintain a positive, safe, and productive classroom

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)- You must be a fully qualified teacher in the UK
A strong understanding of the English National Curriculum
The ability to explain complex ideas in simple, exciting ways
Good at planning ahead and meeting deadlines
Experience in managing classroom behaviour effectively
