Job Description:

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher with expertise in Special Educational Needs (SEN) for a long-term position in Knowsley. This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator who is eager to make a significant, positive impact on student's lives within a supportive school environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Crafting and delivering innovative English lessons that are fully accessible to all students
  • Adapting curriculum content using P Scales to ensure every student's individual needs are met
  • Building a positive and trusting classroom environment where students feel valued and encouraged
  • Collaborating with a team of fellow professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student
  • Providing personal care support when necessary

Requirements:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience working with SEN students in a UK school
  • A valid DBS check on the Update Service, or the willingness to apply
  • A strong commitment to inclusive teaching and a desire to help students unlock their full potential
