Are you a Qualified English Teacher looking for your next big chapter? We are looking for creative English Teachers to join our secondary schools in and across Liverpool. We are hiring across EVERY Liverpool postcode. Covering North, South, East Liverpool, City Centre & Surrounds- Anfield, Toxteth, Kensington, Edge Hill and Merseyside Areas- Crosby, Bootle, Huyton, and Prescot.

Job Responsibility:

Planning and delivering engaging English lessons for KS3 and KS4
Marking student work and providing helpful feedback
Managing classroom behaviour to keep students focused and safe
Preparing students for their GCSE English exams
Following school policies to ensure every child makes progress
Communicating effectively with the department head and parents

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
A background in English Literature or Language
Experience teaching in a UK Secondary School setting
The ability to adapt your teaching style to suit different learner needs
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
