Job Description

Pink Tile Education are working in partnership with a specialist Provision in the Crawley area, who are seeking a passionate and resilient English Teacher to join their team from September. The school are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with students, remain calm under pressure, and create a safe and positive learning environment. This role would suit someone who understands that behaviour is often a form of communication and who can approach challenges with empathy, resilience, and a trauma-informed mindset.
