Job Responsibility

Teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet individual learning needs
Support students who may experience anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, or challenging behaviour
Encourage confidence, self-esteem, and a positive attitude towards learning
Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to support achievement
Work closely with support staff, families, and external professionals
