Job Description:

Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as English Speaking Customer Consultant. The role involves customer communication via phone and email, customer support, account administration, fraud prevention, and supporting customers with electric vehicle chargers.

Job Responsibility:

Take care of our customers via phone and email
Be responsible for customer support and account administration
Report any suspicious activity aligned with fraud prevention measures
Support customers with electric vehicle chargers

Requirements:

A love for communicating with people and finding the best solution for them
Fluency in English to communicate with customers and colleagues
Readiness to work in day, evening, weekend shifts
Enjoyment of working in fast-paced environment and with various systems
Previous customer service experience (preferred)
