Teaching & Coaching; Progress Tracking; Reporting; Support for Employee Evaluation Process

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct 2 one-on-one sessions per week per employee, each lasting 30 minutes
  • Customize lesson plans focused on practical English communication in a business context
  • Enhance verbal fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and situational expression relevant to job functions
  • Monitor individual progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Tailor learning plans based on individual proficiency and development pace
  • Provide weekly progress updates to the HR Manager
  • Recommend additional support or highlight employees showing significant progress
  • Align lesson content with expected communication performance during internal evaluations
  • Design mock interviews and simulated workplace scenarios in English as preparation tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English Language, TESOL, English Education, or a related field
  • IELTS at least: 7.5 (Certification attached is required)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching English communication to working professionals
  • Prior experience with one-on-one coaching or corporate training is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, motivational teaching style, and adaptability to various learning levels
