Job Description:

A ‘Good’ graded Secondary School in Wandsworth are seeking an English Graduate – Learning Support Assistant to join their team this September. As an English Graduate – Learning Support Assistant, you will be required to provide support to students in and out of the classroom in English lessons, using the knowledge acquired throughout your degree and lower education. This role involves working alongside the Class Teacher to assist KS3-5 pupils in all core areas of the English curriculum on a Long-Term, Full-Time basis.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting students across KS3-5 in English Lessons
Providing additional support to pupils with SEND/SEMH needs

Requirements:

English Graduate with strong academics across the board, including a 1st or 2:1
A passion for English and inspiring the younger generation
Previous experience working in a school
A desire to pursue a career as an English Teacher
