Job Description:

English Graduate – Learning Support Assistant role at a 'Good' graded Secondary School in Merton. Long-Term, Full-Time role starting September 2025, Monday – Friday, Term-Time only. The role involves providing support to students in and out of the classroom in English lessons.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting students across KS3-5 in English Lessons
  • Providing additional support to pupils with SEND/SEMH needs
  • Working alongside the Class Teacher to assist KS3-5 pupils in all core areas of the English curriculum

Requirements:

  • English Graduate with strong academics across the board, including a 1st or 2:1
  • A passion for English and inspiring the younger generation
  • Previous experience working in a school
