A creative, holistic learning focused and friendly Secondary school in Hounslow are on the hunt for English Academic Mentors to join their ‘Outstanding’ Secondary school. The school have an extraordinary track record of bringing in Graduates as English Academic Mentors and providing world-class training and support, to enable you to go on to be an outstanding Secondary Teacher.

Job Responsibility

  • Work in your preferred Key Stage
  • Show your creative flair! – deliver creative sessions day to day
  • Supporting the Class Teacher – providing whole class support
  • Run targeted interventions – support students on a 1:1 and small group basis with English
  • Support students with mild SEN (Special Educational Needs) – Opportunity to support mild Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD and more

  • looking to get first-class hands-on experience ahead of Teacher Training

What we offer

  • Receive between £110 – £120 per day
  • Salaried Teacher Training commencing September 2026 – won’t pay the tuition fees and you’ll receive a salary whilst training
