Job Description:

Engineers in Action Graduate Program - UK (2025 Edition) offering recent engineering graduates a 12-month training program with hands-on exposure to innovative technologies and projects in renewable energy and large-scale power projects. The program includes rotations across key projects within METLEN Energy's portfolio and provides a pathway to long-term career success in the energy sector.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute to transformative renewable energy and large-scale power projects
Rotate across key projects within METLEN Energy's portfolio
Contribute to international portfolio of solar and energy storage projects
Participate in major energy initiatives: Recovery Facility Project, Open Cycle Gas Turbine Power Plant, Synchronous Condenser

Requirements:

Strong academic background in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, IT, or related engineering fields
Work authorization and residence in the UK
Ability to join London office
Excellent command of English
