Job Description

As an Engineering Workplace Trainer, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional training and assessment to apprentices, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours essential for success in the engineering field. From preparing apprentices for end-point assessment to delivering NVQ Diplomas, you will be at the forefront of nurturing talent and fostering growth. Join our Rochester team, where you’ll have the opportunity to work across Kent and London, both in our training centres and clients’ premises. This role offers the chance to collaborate with a diverse team of engineering experts and make a meaningful impact on the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding training and assessment on apprenticeship Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours preparing apprentices for end point assessment and completion of the apprenticeship as well as delivering Level 2 and Level 3 NVQ Diplomas within the engineering maintenance sector.

Requirements
