Engineering Trainee Project Planning / Sales

The two-year trainee program combines a broad, cross-departmental training program with the opportunity to gain expertise and practical experience in the areas of sales and project planning. It is divided into three phases: Overview (approx. 4 weeks): Goals, organization, processes, and interrelationships among the individual departments; Cross-departmental orientation (approx. 12 months): You will get to know various departments through assignments lasting several days or weeks and take on your first tasks and projects; Specialization in Cooling System Project Planning: You will deepen your knowledge in the areas of project planning and sales and take on responsibility for your own projects. A multi-week assignment at one of the AKG Group’s international subsidiaries is also planned.
