Job Description:

Engineering Technician - Sterile Products Facility. Are you a mechanically biased Engineering Technician with experience in aseptic filling areas and a passion for making a real difference? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, providing engineering support within Grade A, B, and C sterile environments. You'll work on a 4-on-4-off shift pattern, supporting the production of life-changing products for patients.

Job Responsibility:

Operate in compliance with cGMP and UK regulations
Perform size and component changeovers on washing, filling, and sealing machines for vial and ampoule production
Carry out day-to-day maintenance and scheduled preventative maintenance on sterile production equipment
Proactively manage lines to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime
Identify and implement improvements in processes, equipment, safety, and efficiency

Requirements:

Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship (multi-skilled preferred)
Strong fault-finding, rectification, and communication skills
In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical engineering and regulatory standards
Experience working in Grade A, B, and C pharmaceutical environments
Practical knowledge of reliability engineering and continuous improvement principles

What we offer:

£9,324 shift allowance
£1,404 gowning allowance
