High School Diploma or equivalent and technical training in the applicable area of expertise and eight years of related experience including experience directing other technicians
Must have a US driver's license
An AS Degree or higher in Aerospace Technologies or related experience working within the aerospace field is suggested
Applicable license: Air-frame & Power-plant (A&P) License
Directly related experience is considered as having worked on Solid Rocket Boosters, Core Stage Systems, or Rocket Engines (Assembly, Testing or Fueling for launch)
Must be able to accurately communicate ideas in writing and verbal communication
Must be able to travel to support position requirements

Job Responsibility

Execute work assignments in MAXIMO or Solumina while maintaining the technical certifications and training to complete daily work assignments
Serve as a team member in various roles (Task Team Leader, facilitator, support technician, skilled helper)
Periodically provide task status to the Systems Engineer, Area Integrator (AI) and Management Staff
Ensure each job is carried out with a high level of quality while employing safety and clean as you go standards
