Job Description:

The intern will work closely with Field Service Engineers and Technical Leads to: Technical & Engineering Support: Support creation and improvement of maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for electrical, electronic, mechanical, and mechatronic systems; Analyze common maintenance issues and translate field experience into clear technical documentation; Assist in converting troubleshooting logic into step‑by‑step guides, flowcharts, or decision trees. AI Application & Documentation Enhancement: Apply AI tools (e.g., AI‑assisted writing, classification, summarization) to: Improve clarity and consistency of technical documents; Reduce dependency on individual technical experience; Enable knowledge reuse and faster troubleshooting. Support development of AI‑assisted knowledge base content for maintenance teams. Document Control & Standardization: Create documents using company standard templates; Manage document numbering, revision control, and version history; Ensure documents follow standard naming conventions and formatting; Support uploading, updating, and organizing documents in SharePoint. Continuous Improvement: Identify documentation gaps and improvement opportunities; Support knowledge transfer from senior engineers to standardized documents; Assist in continuous improvement projects related to maintenance efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in one of the following fields: Electrical Engineering
  • Electronic Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Mechatronics Engineering
  • Computer Engineering
  • Information Technology (IT)
  • Computer Science
  • Software Engineering
  • or other related engineering or technical disciplines
  • Background or coursework related to programming, automation, data handling, or digital systems is considered an advantage, especially when applied to engineering documentation, troubleshooting systems, or AI‑assisted applications
  • Basic understanding of: Electrical and electronic systems
  • Mechanical components and assemblies
  • Industrial equipment or maintenance concepts
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, or manuals
