Job Responsibility

  • Manage a team of 10 – 15 engineers
  • Manage resource planning and team development aligned with business needs
  • Build and maintain visual performance metrics for transparency and quality
  • Mange project deliverables with adherence to schedule
  • Manage risks, quality and customer requirements
  • Streamline software development process across OEM projects
  • Provide technical direction
  • Conduct regular project reviews and take corrective action

Requirements

  • BE/B.Tech (Electricals/Electronics/ Communication/ Instrumentation/ Robotics)/Any PG with an experience of 12-14 years
  • Min 12+ years in embedded Automotive Embedded Software Development
  • ADAS Algorithm development with good understanding and experience in leading group of engineers
  • Min 2+ years in leading Project Execution
  • Customer interface experience, people management
  • Software project management experience involving multi-site development
  • Proficient in Embedded C, C++ or Model based development
  • Critical & proactive thinker with excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills
  • Good understanding of ASPICE
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
