Engineering Team Leader

• Overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of engineering projects
• Implementing and maintaining engineering best practices and processes across site
• Managing, motivating and mentoring a team of Engineers
• Improving equipment reliability, stamping out recurring faults
• Responsibility for equipment servicing and maintenance with external service providers
• Supporting the back up call out rota
• On-call will be required for this role. It will run on a week-on/week-off basis (Friday to Friday), alternating with the other engineer on the on-call rota

• Previous experience leading or managing a team
• Ability to bring a team together with open communication, teamwork and a positive work culture
• Have completed an Engineering Apprenticeship or qualifications at level 3 or equivalent

Previous experience within the agricultural or food industry would be beneficial
