Job Responsibility

Working closely with the engineering supervisors to Manage the day to day running of the engineering processes
Attending both planned and reactive maintenance of food processing machinery
Provide support and guidance to engineers and the operations team
Offer support and guidance on breakdowns and offering backing when needed
Ensure work is equally distributed between the team ensuring schedules are followed
Complete shift handovers, update breakdown boards, and create reports for effective transitions
Ensure the accuracy and completion of plant maintenance
