Engineering Team lead LES

• Lead and Grow: Manage a team of talented engineers, supporting their personal and professional development through coaching, mentorship, and performance management
• Ensure Technical Excellence: Collaborate with tech leads and architects to maintain a high level of technical quality, security, and scalability across all projects
• Drive Delivery: Partner with Product Managers and other stakeholders to align the team’s roadmap with business goals, and ensure on-time and quality delivery
• Foster a Culture of Innovation: Encourage continuous learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization
• Champion Engineering Practices: Promote strong engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, code reviews, clean architecture) and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
• Build Strong Collaborations: Work cross-functionally with other teams (e.g., Product, QA, Security, DevOps) to ensure smooth coordination and integration of deliverables
• Be Hands-On: Actively contribute to the codebase alongside your team. You are expected to stay close to the technology, lead by example, and take ownership of critical parts of the system when needed. You’ll help unblock technical challenges, conduct code reviews, and participate in architecture decisions

• Proven experience (3+ years) as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead in a fast-paced, product-driven tech environment
• Strong technical background — you can challenge architectural decisions and support developers when needed
• Experience in growing and mentoring engineering teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and lead with empathy
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern DevOps culture
• Experience in security-sensitive environments is a strong plus
• Passion for blockchain, crypto, and Web3 is a plus
