Oversee engineering assignments for all product development and product support functions that are assigned to the team.

  • Participate in or oversee the design process as needed
  • Monitor the demand for engineering services and participate in planning processes to ensure adequate resources

  • Coordinate the development of key engineering deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field with 5+ years of engineering experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in controls system engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Matlab / Simulink / Stateflow

Nice to have

  • Design and development experience in Autoguidance and Autonomous controls
  • Experience in real-time rapid control prototyping (dSpace, xPC target, NI etc.)
  • Experience with online vehicle calibration (Control Desk, INCA, Vector tools etc.)
  • Experience in developing Adaptive controls
  • Experience working on agriculture and/ or construction equipment
  • Knowledge in Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) tools
