Engineering Supervisor

• Lead, train, and schedule maintenance staff
• perform and oversee repairs of hotel systems, guest rooms, furniture, and fixtures
• develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
• respond to guest repair requests and operational needs
• oversee inventory of tools and supplies
• track work orders and control expenses
• contribute to energy conservation programs and ensure safety standards.

• In-depth knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and other mechanical systems
• understanding and implementation of emergency protocols, including fire safety and disaster response planning
• ability to operate power tools and maintenance equipment
• skills in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs
• experience in energy conservation initiatives.
