Engineering Supervisor

As an Engineering Supervisor – Residential at Four Seasons Resort The Red Sea, you will play a key role in maintaining the exceptional standards of our private residences. You will support the Engineering leadership team in overseeing the daily maintenance, operation, and reliability of all engineering systems within the residential facilities. In this role, you will supervise engineering technicians and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities across residential villas, common areas, and supporting infrastructure. Your focus will be to ensure that all residences are maintained to the highest standards of safety, functionality, and comfort, delivering a seamless living experience for homeowners and residents. You will be responsible for scheduling maintenance tasks, monitoring engineering work orders, and ensuring that all repairs and technical services are completed efficiently and in line with Four Seasons quality standards. Your leadership will also support the development of the engineering team through training, guidance, and adherence to operational best practices. Sustainability is an important pillar of The Red Sea destination. In this role, you will assist in implementing energy-efficient practices and sustainable engineering solutions across the residential facilities, contributing to responsible resource management while maintaining the luxury experience expected by our residents.
