Engineering Supervisor

This leading UK food manufacturing business operates across multiple sites and is well established as a trusted name in the FMCG sector. The Suffolk facility is a high-volume, automated environment producing a wide range of retail products supplied to major UK retailers. The site combines traditional manufacturing with modern automation - including conveyors, robots, form-fill-seal and packaging lines - offering both technical challenge and exciting opportunity for innovation. We're seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to take ownership of a key production and packaging area within this fast-paced operation. You'll provide day-to-day leadership for a small team of multi-skilled engineers, driving both performance and proactive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement across the site. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring reliability, efficiency and safety, working closely with Operations and Process Leads to deliver tangible engineering improvements and support site-wide investment projects. This position would suit a qualified engineer who's ready to step up into a leadership role - or a proven supervisor seeking a fresh challenge with real autonomy and the opportunity to shape the direction of a high-performing department.
