Engineering Supervisor

• Shift coverage
• Strong trouble-shooting skills in all areas of maintenance in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, using a windows based computer system
• Ability to read blue prints and schematics

• A minimum of 5-years building maintenance experience is required
• A strong working knowledge of all major building systems, including life-safety systems, is required
• Good communication skills are necessary
• Strong leadership skills
• Willingness to work different shifts as the demands of business dictates
• Respond to guest and team member inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Respond to emergency situations according to standards and guidelines
• Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting evaluations, training and delivering recognition and reward.
