Job Responsibility

Lead and motivate the site engineering team to deliver high performance and operational excellence

Liaise with senior management to schedule maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
Support CMMS usage to maintain accurate maintenance records and streamline processes
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and process standards across the engineering function
Provide coaching and mentoring to develop team capability and performance
