Job Description:
As the Engineering Superintendent - Process at Inkerman Mill, you will lead a mechanical maintenance and capital works team to deliver planned maintenance activities that support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of sugar milling assets. You’ll take ownership of day to day safety, maintenance and capital works, making sure everything is well planned, prioritised, and delivered smoothly so the mill runs reliably, especially during peak operations when it matters most. You’ll work closely with safety advisors, planners, schedulers, coordinators, and Reliability Engineering teams to ensure maintenance and capital work are well organised and delivered effectively and safely on site. Just as importantly, you’ll lead and support your team, strengthening a strong safety culture, building capability, , and making sure work is delivered safely, to standard, and within budget.
